TNQ InGage’s Immersive Digital Experience Centre (DEC) has bagged the “IDC Insights Award” for Mahindra Institute of Quality (MIQ). The DEC was conceptualized, designed, and implemented in MIQ by TNQ InGage Technologies. The award was categorized under Excellence in Omni Experience. This category recognizes discernible excellence in driving enhanced experiences using a multitude of digital technologies. The DEC was established in March 2019 to expose MIQ’s participants to immersive experiences of cutting-edge digital technologies and thereby help businesses in tackling the burgeoning business challenges. The experiential space has six experience zones, namely Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Internet of Things (IoT), Projector Zone, and Video Station. Each of these zones are equipped with the latest immersive technologies, tools and content across all industry verticals and business functions.
The Mobile/Tablet Based AR Zone seeks to render simplified digital information to trainees on any subject. Participants of this zone would be exposed to Sales & Marketing related AR experiences & Industrial AR experiences. The Virtual Reality (VR) Zone is designed to immerse trainees into different virtual worlds and provide them with a richer and dynamic experience that enhances the overall learning process. It particularly provides users with real-time Industrial Experiences, which includes Training. The Internet of Things (IoT) Zone merges the real and virtual worlds to produce new environments and visualizations where physical and digital objects co-exist and interact in real-time. The training modules here include Vehicle Preventive Maintenance, Vehicle Usage Monitoring, and Driver Behaviour Monitoring. The Projector Zone is specially demarcated for the use of a projector and a big screen, which would help portray content where trainees and participants can be inducted into the training process. The Video Station Zone has a very comprehensive video library of all industry 4.0 related topics across various industrial verticals and business functions, the likes of which include Immersive Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), 3D Printing, Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), Factory Simulation, Data Analytics, and BlockChain.
On a general note, Digital Experience Centres are designed to inspire thoughtful, transformative digital initiatives in a space that encourages innovation and engagement. Its very object is to acquaint trainees with the requisite knowledge in a non-intrusive and fun environment. At TNQ InGage, we create hands-on, experiential DEC’s for customers, employees, and trainees to actively work together with technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, and other techniques.
